An honest promise: admissions and visas are decided by universities and governments, not by us or anyone else. We cannot guarantee an outcome. What we do guarantee is that your application is complete, accurate and on time.

Our approach

Careful by design.

Verified, not guessed

Shortlists are checked against the requirements on file for each course, and we show when that information was last verified.

You decide

We recommend and explain. You choose. Nothing is sent to a university or changed in your profile without your counsellor reviewing it.

Private by design

Your documents and personal details are kept in a secure system with access controls and an audit trail.

Questions

Good questions to ask any consultant.

Do you guarantee admission or a visa?

No, and be careful of anyone who does. Universities and immigration authorities make those decisions. We help you apply with the strongest, truthful application and the right documents.

How do I get started?

Send us an enquiry using the form below, or message us in the chat. A counsellor will contact you to arrange your first session.

What should I bring to the first session?

Your latest mark sheets, any English test score (IELTS, TOEFL, PTE or Duolingo) if you have one, your passport details if available, and a rough budget. If you are missing something, come anyway.

What do your services cost?

Ask us in your first session and we will explain the fees clearly in writing before you commit to anything.

Can my parents join the counselling?

Yes. Many families decide together, and we are happy to include parents or guardians.

Is my personal information safe?

We only use your information to help with your enquiry and application. Read our privacy notice for the details, including how the website chat works.
